RETURNS
 
If you need to return your item please email orders@deelights-jewellery.co.uk 
 
Please state the reason for return, order reference number or item title along with your contact name, telephone number and address.
 
Items must be in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
 
It is strongly recommended that you return by a trackable delivery service,
i.e. Royal mail recorded delivery as Deelights-jewellery will not be responsible for items that go missing on return.

Once your item has been returned you will receive a full refund of the purchase cost and original postage.
If you are returning a faulty or damaged item you will also be refunded your return postage costs.

If you need to return a faulty or damaged custom item you will recieve a full refund or replacement once the item is returned.

CANCELLATIONS

You are entitled to cancel any order.
If you wish to cancel, you must send your item(s) back to me within 14 days of receipt.
A refund will be issued when the item has been returned in its original condition with its original packaging.
Return postage will not be refunded for cancellations. 

If you are returning a cancellation custom item you will be refunded the refundable 50%.
