Do you have a piece of jewellery or an outfit with nothing to match or do you have an idea of what you want but cant find it anywhere.
Maybe you have lost a favourite pair of earrings and would like a replacement or seen a design on my website but would like a different colour.
 
Whatever the reason I can help.

If you would like to send a photo of an exsiting piece or an oufit you need a match for then please email me direct at

Please include your email address, style you would like, type of beads to be used, colour, and length.
 
I will email you as soon as possible (usually within 24hrs) with a price and timescale.
If you agree to go ahead then I will email you with photos throughout the design process for you to approve or change as you like.
 
Once a design has been agreed on it can take 1-6 weeks (usually less than 7 days) for you to recieve your piece.
This time will depend on size of order, availability of beads and any changes that are made along the way.
If you need it sooner I will do my best to meet your timescale.
 
A non refundable deposit of 50% will be required before any work will begin. The remaining 50% will be requested on completion.

If you need to return a faulty or damaged custom item you will recieve a full refund or replacement once the item is returned.

If you are returning a cancellation custom item you will be refunded the refundable 50%.
